I have been making use of knee straps for some time in the course of my exercises, although they give you a feeling of alleviation, but not guaranteed to carry your knees particularly when you are performing hefty dead-lifts. I have performed squats and lifts with them and experienced no pain.
It takes some time to get the hang of it.. i think it's better to put them on them and walk around a bit to get the hang of them. It includes additional springs. I don't think that i would utilize them for running, but for my workouts i think, these are amazing.
